Smart Country Convention

At the Smart Country Convention from 20 to 22 November 2018, the CityCube Berlin is all about digital solutions for administrations and public services. The Smart Country Convention combines exhibition and networking with continuing education programs, lecture program and specialist congresses.

On three days, actors from administration, politics, the digital economy, associations and science come together with one common goal: the digitization of the entire public sector.

In addition to the design of civil services and data management, the digitization of administration deals with IT security and infrastructure. The digital transformation of public services also covers all areas of public services.

KOINNO with congress format and workshop on site

KOINNO will hold a workshop on November 20 (from 15:30 pm to 17:00 pm) for advanced technicians with the Case Study "Simulated KOINNO Consulting". Lessons learned and consulting fields in public procurement are also addressed. Simulated KOINNO consulting

In four relaxed rounds, the participants will discuss four specific questions around the procurement process during the simulated KOINNO consulting session. There will be plenty of opportunities for open exchange and networking. The motto is: Everyone learns from everyone.

The aim of the counseling session is to identify optimization potentials in the procurement processes of the participants and to formulate initial steps in order to:

1. establish efficient and result-oriented purchasing processes
2. to implement an innovative purchasing strategy in procurement
3. improve the value and marketing of purchasing (procurement department)
4. to secure the early integration of the shopping department.

The participants can look forward to an interactive session!

In addition, the KOINNO team will also be on site on November 22, 2018. From 11.30 am to 12.00 pm, Peter Schlösser, Consultant Competence Center for Innovative Procurement (KOINNO) on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in the Federal Association of Materials Management, Purchasing and Logistics e.V. (BME) deals with the topic "Strategy for Sustainable and Innovative Procurement".
