Practical examples
We present practical examples of the successful procurement of innovations or the design of innovative procurement processes. This makes it clear that innovation-oriented public procurement is already feasible today and also makes sense.
The practical examples deal, among other things, with the topics of e-government and digitization in the administration as well as the revision of structures in the procurement department (purchasing organization) and socially responsible procurement. The practical examples provide insight into projects from the areas of e-mobility, smart country, waste and energy management.
Our best practices are only available in German by now.
Toolbox
The KOINNO toolbox is THE working aid for public procurement! Developed together with the Universität der Bundeswehr München, the toolbox offers around 100 useful tools, e.g. on the subject of award procedures, on procurement strategy and from project management. The toolbox can be used free of charge.
The aim of the toolbox is to promote the implementation of innovative public procurement in the daily practice of public contracting or procurement agencies.
After answering a few introductory questions, each user of the Toolbox receives his or her individual tool list.
