The KOINNO Toolbox is THE work aid for public procurement! Developed together with the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich, the toolbox offers numerous useful tools, for example on the subject of procurement procedures, procurement strategy and project management.
Buyers face daily challenges in their work. In order to make it easier for them, the KOINNO, in cooperation with the University of the Bundeswehr Munich, is now providing the Toolbox.
In total, the toolbox contains around 100 tools and instruments, from which KOINNO expects an innovation-promoting effect - on the one hand related to the internal set-up of the procurement organization or procurement office, and on the other hand related to concrete tenders and procurements.
After answering a few initial questions, the user receives his individual tool list and can obtain detailed information about each tool as well as further literature, checklists, etc.. It also becomes immediately clear in which phase of the procurement process the tools can be applied.
